Founder of YBA. Coaching with a focus on developing each player as a player and as a person. Lives in Youngsville with his wife Joy and two kids.

Athletic Director at Falls Lake Academy. 7 years as head varsity softball coach at Falls Lake, 2 years as head varsity baseball coach at Southern Vance HS. Recently named Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Falls Lake, going 18-7 in year one.

Former college baseball player and kids camp coach. Rob has 17 years of playing experience, has coached kids ages 5–18 through community baseball camps, and focuses on helping young players build confidence, sharpen their fundamentals, and stay steady mentally and emotionally in the game.
