About Coach Rob

Rob Greathouse has been around baseball most of his life, starting the game at 4 years old and playing for 17 years through high school, college, and summer collegiate baseball. He played at Clarks Summit University as a utility player and later pitched for the Niagara Power in the New York Collegiate Baseball League.

Rob's approach to coaching is simple: help kids build real confidence, refine their skills, and learn how to stay mentally and emotionally steady in the game. He especially enjoys teaching pitching, infield play, and the mental side of baseball, including how to handle mistakes, compete with confidence, and stay emotionally consistent when the game gets hard.

As a primary care doctor by day, Rob brings a safety-focused, patient, and encouraging approach to working with young athletes. His goal is for every camper to have fun, learn the game the right way, and leave feeling more confident than when they arrived.

Rob lives in Youngsville with his wife and their three young kids.
